Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-15.1 · Warrior Waypoint LLC · StrengthTEN

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Warrior Waypoint LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Warrior Waypoint," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the StrengthTEN mobile and web application, related websites, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service").

Before you create an account, you must check the in-app box agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Opening the documents does not count as acceptance. By checking that box, creating an account, tapping accept on a later update, completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@warriorwaypoint.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines, or that pose risk to the Service or other users.

You may not: (a) share accounts except as we expressly allow; (b) create accounts by automated means; (c) impersonate others; or (d) use the Service if we have previously banned you.

3. Description of the Service

StrengthTEN provides strength-training tools that may include workout programs, session logging, progress displays, social Feed video sharing, program link sharing, AI-assisted program suggestions and reviews ("AI Coach"), creator coaching tools, referrals, billing, in-app support tickets, an in-session rest timer with optional local rest-complete notifications, optional music remote controls for Apple Music (MusicKit) and/or Spotify App Remote (where enabled for your build), an optional Apple Watch workout companion that mirrors session and rest state, and related features. Features available to you depend on your plan, entitlements, device capabilities, and our configuration.

Music remote features control playback already running in Apple Music or Spotify; StrengthTEN does not stream its own music catalog. The Apple Watch companion is a paired companion for active workouts (for example set progress and rest), not a standalone Watch-only product.

We may modify, add, or discontinue features with or without notice, subject to applicable law and any non-cancelable paid period you already purchased.

4. Fitness and medical disclaimer (read carefully)

THE SERVICE PROVIDES FITNESS INFORMATION, PROGRAMS, LOAD SUGGESTIONS, AND RELATED TOOLS FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE SERVICE IS NOT MEDICAL CARE, PHYSICAL THERAPY, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR PERSONALIZED HEALTHCARE ADVICE. NO LICENSED PROFESSIONAL-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BY YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Strength training and physical activity involve inherent risk of injury, illness, or death. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or take medication that may affect exercise. You alone are responsible for how you train, including loads, intensity, form, and recovery.

You assume all risk arising from following workouts, suggested loads, percentages, RPE guidance, AI-generated plans, creator content, or peer content. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, chest discomfort, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or other warning signs.

We do not guarantee results (strength, physique, performance, or otherwise). Individual outcomes vary.

5. Subscriptions, trials, billing, and refunds

5.1 Platform plans. We may offer paid platform subscriptions such as Lifter, Gym Rat, and Coach (internal product identifiers may differ). Current prices, included features, share quotas, and trial terms are shown in the app and at checkout and control over marketing copy if they conflict.

5.2 Add-ons. Optional add-ons (for example AI Coach) may be sold separately. Some plans may include add-on features without a separate charge; the app and checkout state what is included.

5.3 Creator coaching. Independent creators may offer coaching subscriptions. Those purchases may be processed as Stripe Connect destination charges. A platform application fee may apply. Creators are responsible for their own offers, delivery, taxes (where applicable to them), and support for coaching they sell, except where we expressly state otherwise.

5.4 Payment processors. On the web and on Android, platform subscriptions and eligible add-ons are typically processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe"), and may open in an in-app browser or external browser. We do not store full payment card numbers. Card networks, banks, and Stripe may apply their own terms. On iOS, platform digital goods use Apple In-App Purchase as described in §5.9.

5.5 Trials and renewal. Unless cancelled before the trial or current billing period ends (under the cancellation method we provide or the payment provider provides), subscriptions renew automatically at then-current rates. Taxes may apply. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

5.6 Quotas. Gym Rat includes limited monthly outbound shares (Feed videos and/or program link shares) as described in-product. Unused shares generally do not roll over unless we expressly say they do. Coach may include unlimited sharing for those features plus catalog publish and coaching tools, subject to abuse limits. AI Coach may enforce separate usage limits (for example generation, weekly adjustments, or Q&A) as described in-product.

5.7 Changes to pricing. We may change prices prospectively. Material changes will be disclosed as required by law. Continued use after renewal at a new price constitutes acceptance where permitted.

5.8 Refunds. Except where required by law or by Apple, Google, Stripe, or card-network rules, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Trial periods may end without charge if cancelled in time. Contact info@warriorwaypoint.com for billing disputes; we will review in good faith. App Store purchases are generally refunded only through Apple under Apple's rules.

5.9 App stores and platform billing. On iOS, Lifter, Gym Rat, Coach, and the AI Coach add-on are sold as Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit). Those purchases are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's Standard EULA, https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), Apple's refund rules, and Apple subscription management. Manage or cancel iOS subscriptions in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings. On the web and on Android, those platform products may be sold via Stripe Checkout as described above (Google Play Billing may replace Stripe Checkout on Android in a future release). We do not sell iOS platform digital goods through Stripe Checkout. Creator coaching payouts may still use Stripe Connect on all platforms.

6. User content, sharing, coaching, and license

6.1 Your content. You may upload or create content including programs, videos, captions, comments, ratings, profile information, support tickets and messages, reports, and appeals ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license below.

6.2 License to us. You grant Warrior Waypoint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for format/transcoding/moderation), display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service (including showing approved Feed items and shared programs to other users). This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for reasonable residual copies in backups and for content others have lawfully shared or cached, and except as needed for legal, safety, or dispute purposes.

6.3 Representations. You represent that you have all rights needed to grant the license above; that User Content does not infringe others' rights; and that it complies with law, these Terms, and our Community Guidelines (available in-app under Help & Support and incorporated by reference).

6.4 Feed and sharing limits. Feed videos are short training clips subject to length and size limits shown in the app (currently up to ninety (90) seconds and one hundred (100) MB, which we may change). Shared program links may be unlisted (reachable by link) or public in a catalog when your plan allows. We may enforce share quotas and rate limits.

6.5 Moderation. Uploads may be held pending automated and/or human review before public display. We may remove, hide, reject, refuse to distribute, or restrict distribution of User Content that is unlawful, harmful, sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, harassing, violent, spammy, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We may use automated systems (including third-party content-safety services) and human reviewers. Moderation decisions are made in our reasonable discretion and do not create a duty to monitor all content.

6.6 Appeals and flags. If we reject your upload, you may submit an in-app appeal with a short explanation. Appeals are reviewed when capacity allows and do not guarantee reinstatement. Users may flag content via in-app controls or by submitting an in-app support ticket. False or abusive flags or appeals may lead to enforcement action.

6.7 Coaching relationships. If you buy or sell coaching through the Service, you alone are responsible for the coaching relationship's substance (programming advice, communication, results). We are a technology platform and payment facilitator, not a party to the coaching services themselves unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

7. AI features

AI Coach and similar features may use third-party machine-learning models (for example Google Gemini via our backends) to generate training programs, propose weekly adjustments from your workout logs, answer bounded questions about your active program, suggest rest-day placements, produce post-workout or periodic training reviews, and optionally generate spoken summaries or session briefs. Outputs — including text and audio — can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for you. You must review all AI output — including generated programs, adjustment proposals, Q&A replies, and reviews — before training. Nothing auto-applies to your program until you accept it in the app. Do not rely on AI for medical, legal, financial, nutrition, or safety-critical decisions. We may refuse requests that seek medical advice, involve minors under our age gates, or otherwise violate safety controls.

We may log prompts, program context, recent workout-log summaries, model outputs, and generated audio as needed to provide the feature, enforce quotas, prevent abuse, and operate the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

You will not use AI features to generate prohibited content, to attempt to extract model weights or system prompts, or to circumvent safety or billing controls.

8. Referrals and promotions

We may offer invite links or referral codes that grant bonus trial or access days to you and a referred user. Bonus days have no cash value, are not transferable except as we allow, and may be changed or withdrawn. Caps may apply (including monthly and lifetime limits per referrer). Generally one credit applies per new eligible account; self-referral and fraudulent referral schemes are prohibited. We may reverse credits, void promotions, or suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or spam.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to assist others to:

(a) violate law or others' rights; (b) harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others; (c) upload malware, spam, or deceptive content; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as allowed by mandatory law; (e) circumvent technical or billing controls, quotas, or moderation; (f) use the Service to provide regulated medical treatment or to claim we are your healthcare provider; (g) upload or share nudity, pornography, sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance), extreme gore, hate speech, or other content prohibited by the Community Guidelines; (h) submit false reports or appeals; or (i) resell or commercially exploit the Service except as a creator using features we expressly provide for that purpose.

We may rate-limit, investigate, suspend, or terminate access for suspected violations, with or without prior notice where appropriate for safety or legal compliance.

10. Intellectual property; DMCA

The Service, including StrengthTEN branding, UI, software, and our original program content, is owned by Warrior Waypoint or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Seed and in-app programs we publish are original StrengthTEN content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as permitted by your plan.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@warriorwaypoint.com with: (1) your contact information; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove content and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers.

11. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties, including Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, storage, functions, and related cloud services), Stripe (payments), Apple and Google (sign-in and device platforms), optional music providers you choose to control (for example Apple Music / MusicKit or Spotify App Remote where enabled for your build), and AI / content-moderation providers. We may enable analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in future builds; if we do, those providers' terms also apply. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or acts outside our reasonable control, except to the extent required by law.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy. Health or motion data is collected only if you opt in, as described there and in platform permission prompts.

13. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT (INCLUDING AI OUTPUT AND USER CONTENT) WILL BE ACCURATE OR SAFE TO FOLLOW.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, DISCLAIMERS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARRIOR WAYPOINT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR TRAINING CONTENT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

15. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Warrior Waypoint and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your coaching offers or coaching delivery; (c) your breach of these Terms or the Community Guidelines; (d) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (e) your misuse of the Service — in each case to the extent permitted by law.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access creates risk. Upon termination, your license ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, licenses already granted for residual copies, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute terms) survive.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Terms version in the app and require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing: new accounts must check the agreement box at sign-in, and existing accounts must accept on an in-app re-acceptance screen. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate. Continued use after you accept (or after the effective date where acceptance is not required by law) constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

18. Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence require otherwise.

Except where prohibited, you and Warrior Waypoint agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will first be addressed in good faith by contacting info@warriorwaypoint.com. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in a mutually convenient location or by video, unless you opt out within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@warriorwaypoint.com with your name, account email, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or unauthorized access claims. If arbitration is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim may proceed in state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines and any plan-specific disclosures at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to you may be delivered in-app, by email, or via the Service. Headings are for convenience only.
